Meals on Wheels
Each week several members of the Tesoro Hawaii Corporation help with the local charity, Hawaii Meals on Wheels (HMOW). Stacie and Sarah of Orasi Design had the pleasure of accompanying them on one of their deliveries. They were able to see first hand the positive impact HMOW has on many local elderly and disabled members of our community. Their mission is to help preserve their independence at home by providing hot meals and regular personal contact. The recipients faces lit up when they saw their HMOW representative pull up to their home with lunch and a few minutes to talk story.
