How can I make the most of an initial meeting with the designer?
The best results from an initial meeting come from clients who are ready to talk about what they like and also provide examples of these likes. We ask as many questions of your business to get as much information to build a clear picture of your business increasing efficiency resulting in staying within budget.

How do I work within a budget?
Our design process is the same no matter the budget. Revision time is always factored into the budget because client involvement is an important part of how we operate. What causes us to go over budget is when is when drastic changes are made during the finalization stage.

How do I get an estimate?
Estimates are easily attainable once you have decided on what services you need. The easiest way to receive an estimate is by visiting the “see a quote” section on our website. Just fill out our simple form, and we will get an estimate over to you.

I have had a bad experience with another designer, how is Orasi Design different?
We are professionals with the aim of exceeding our client’s expectations. Design tools are easier than ever to access and use, but often the professionalism of design is ignored. Graphic design is not art, we work with the client to give the best possible solution(s) that satisfies the client’s needs. It makes no sense for a design to look good if it doesn’t serve any purpose other than to be pretty.

Can I see samples of your work?
Sure. Our portfolio section has good examples of solutions that met or exceeded our client’s expectations.

Do you carry out redesigning for existing work?
First we assess the current website /logo and then determine how to proceed. Sometimes a complete redesign is more than what’s needed. A simple refresh could be just what the client needs to reach a new audience.

Who owns the rights to a final design?
Client owns the rights to the final design. We can design a style guide to keep the integrity of future collateral, but once we submit the final design it is the client’s to do with what they want. The only time it would be otherwise would be‚Ķ

Do you provide printing?
Yes we do. We work closely with printers and can act as facilitators to help complete your printing jobs.

My niece is willing to design my logo and website for free‚ why would I want to pay for one?
The short term benefit of free work is financial‚money is saved to spend on other expenses. That benefit is short-lived and it ultimately becomes a bad investment. Both logo and website act as the face of a business; the logo appears on everything printed and digital and the website is a constant banner the public can view at any time of day. Proper research and a careful design sense are what a professional design firm brings to ensure successful solutions.
A strictly professional relationship helps when any disagreements arise. It’s easier to speak your mind when you’re not worried about hurting feelings. For example, it’s easier to disagree with a designer on creative

Once you have designed our website, can we easily manage it?
Yes, you will have several options for managing your site after it is completed. Once finalized, you will own and have full access to your site. You will be able to make any changes to the site if you have any web editing knowledge. For those not familiar with web editing, you can take advantage of our revision packages which entails a certain amount of hours of revisions. You may also opt for a content management system (CMS). This option allows you to easily log in to make changes to your site. If you do decide to use this service, we ask that you inform us at the start of the project.

How does your design process work?
We first meet with the client to discuss their business and the direction to take the particular project. From there we work quickly to do sketches and get as many ideas out as possible before pursuing any one concept. Depending on the budget, a few to several options are prepared and sent to client. Once a decision is made, we will work to refine the design with the client’s feedback.
