Meals on Wheels
Each week several members of the Tesoro Hawaii Corporation help with the local charity, Hawaii Meals on Wheels (HMOW). Stacie and Sarah of Orasi Design had the pleasure of accompanying them on one of their deliveries. They were able to see first hand the positive impact HMOW has on many local elderly and disabled members of our community. Their mission is to help preserve their independence at home by providing hot meals and regular personal contact. The recipients faces lit up when they saw their HMOW representative pull up to their home with lunch and a few minutes to talk story. Visit www.hmow.org for more information.

Ala Moana Center came to us to design the logo and rack cards they will be using to promote the Ala Moana Hula Show. The logo type consists of a clean serif font with a subtle tonal color treatment. The design follows their current system where a interchangeable flower image is used along with the type. This allows the viewer to easily recognize the connection between the hula show and Ala Moana Center. We then utilized the logo and the supporting brand elements to create the rack cards.

But branding is not merely a logo. It’s a standard that all of your collateral and messaging must follow. Applying that standard to various mediums throughout your marketing efforts is an effective way to ensure cohesiveness and recognition.
